Guide for Initial Review
IEEE Author Portal Submissions
IEEE CJECE accepts manuscript submissions only through IEEE Author Portal.
Upload your completed manuscript to IEEE Author Portal using the link at the bottom of this page.
Journal Paper Template and Initial Submission
The authors should use the journal paper’s Word or Latax template downloaded from IEEE Template Selector. The Word template is provided here for your convenience. The submissions that are not following the correct template will be unsubmitted. The initial submission must be a single pdf file with a minimum 8 pages.
