Ning Wang received the B.Eng. degree in Communication Engineering from Tianjin University, China, in 2004, the M.A.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Canada, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria, Canada, in 2013. From 2004 to 2008, he was with the China Information Technology Design and Consulting Institute as a Mobile Communication System Engineer, specializing in commercial mobile communication system design, traffic analysis, and radio access network optimization. He was a postdoctoral research fellow with The University of British Columbia between 2013 and 2015. Since 2015, he has been on the faculty of the School of Information Engineering at Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou, China.

Dr. Wang is a Member of the IEEE and the Communications Society. His research interests are in the general area of wireless communications, including radio resource management, cooperative wireless communications, information-theoretic security, optical wireless communications, and statistical signal processing for communications.
