Daniela Constantinescu

Dr. Daniela Constantinescu obtained her B.A.Sc. degree with honours from Transilvania University, Romania, and her M.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria in 2005, where she is currently an Associate Professor and Undergraduate Program Director. Dr. Constantinescu directs the Assistive Robotics and Mechatronics laboratory and conducts research in teleoperation, haptics and multi-robot systems.
