Guide for Final Submission

Paper Accepted

When you receive a notification from the Associate Editor that your paper has been accepted for publication, you will also be informed about following steps to take. This includes information on how to submit the final version of your paper.

Payment for Final Submission

CJECE papers require a page charge of 50CAD for the first 4 pages of the paper and 175CAD for any additional pages. This is in addition to Open Access charges where required.

Authors should make a payment on this page only if they have received an email from CJECE inviting them to make the payment and specifying the exact amount to be paid. Payment is made through PayPal.


Proceed by entering details of your accepted paper, and clicking the "Pay Now" button. You will be transferred to PayPal to enter payment information. After your payment is received and processed, you will be contacted by CJECE Journal Admin with details of the next steps.

On the PayPal Order Summary page, please be sure to enter the Manuscript ID in the Description textbox.
